a) At the time of Booking 15 % of BSP

b) On start of Excavation work 10 % of BSP

c) On completion of Excavation Work 10 % of BSP + 25 % of PLC

d) On start of rafting work 10 % of BSP + 25 % of PLC

e) On start of Basement Slab 10 % of BSP + 25 % of PLC

f) On start of casting of G.F. Roof Slab 5 % of BSP + 25 % of PLC

g) On start of casting of 3rd Roof Slab 5 % of BSP + 25 % additional charges

h) On start of casting of 5th Roof Slab 5 % of BSP + 25 % additional charges

i) On start of casting of 7th Roof Slab 5 % of BSP + 25 % additional charges
